Welcome to My Virtual Office
I only provide services through telehealth platforms. Telehealth platforms offer the following benefits:
1. They eliminate geographical barriers that allow me to meet with anyone across the state of Florida.
2. They allow you to use almost any health insurance, regardless of whether or not I am in your insurance company's network.
3. They manage the intake paperwork, scheduling, payments, and insurance claims so I can spend more time helping people.
Costs for these platforms vary depending on your health insurance policy. Prior to your first visit, call your insurance company to find out what your benefits are for psychotherapy (often referred to as "Mental Health" or "Behavioral Health"). You may do this by calling the customer service phone number listed on your insurance card. You can also find out instantly if your benefits will cover these services by creating an account with one of these platforms on their websites or mobile apps. If your insurance does not cover these services, you may pay out of pocket for a session.
Doctor on Demand: Best Availability
Doctor on Demand is my primary telehealth platform. I have the most availability on this app. I typically work at Doctor on Demand on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Please note that if you don't see my profile on this app, it is because my schedule is full. Keep checking. As soon as more time slots become available, you'll see me on there again.
Doctor on Demand is the best choice if your insurance covers this service. Simply create an account and set up an appointment with me. If you do not have benefits to cover this service, it can be expensive, so consider one of the other options below.
You can also contact Doctor on Demand for assistance with scheduling, or if you have any questions about your account.
By Request Only:
I do not keep a published schedule on any of these platforms, but if you'd like to use any of these services below, feel free to chat with me or leave a message if I'm offline to learn how you can get connected.
LiveHealthOnline is an app that is powered by AmWell. If you do not have any insurance or benefits, this is most likely the best option. Sessions are $80 out of pocket.
Teladoc: Best for Phone Sessions
Teladoc is a good choice if your insurance covers this service or if you prefer to have appointments via phone (but video appointments are also available).
If you'd like to make an appointment here, just create an account, search for my profile (filtering profiles for the name "Jennifer" is sufficient), and then request an appointment. I will either accept your proposal or suggest an alternate time.
Tip: Make sure your insurance covers this service before setting up an account. If your insurance policy doesn't cover mental health benefits, you won't see any mental health services on the app!
Please be advised: due to the high number of appointments I take, I am unable to provide consultations. Please use the information on this website to determine if making an appointment is right for you.
